- Yes. Starter and Pro are month-to-month. Managed is a rolling engagement you pause or cancel when your search wraps up.
- What counts as a "match"?
- A role our matching engine (or your recruiter, on Managed) believes fits your CV, target title, seniority, region, and salary. You see them on your dashboard and in your weekly digest.
- How fast are matches delivered?
- Starter is a weekly digest. Pro subscribers jump the queue and receive near-real-time notifications. Managed runs at whatever cadence your recruiter agrees with you.
- Does Pro get priority support?
- Starter and Pro both receive email support. Only Managed includes a direct line and same-day responses.
- What payment methods work?
- In Kenya & Tanzania you pay via M-Pesa (STK push). In Uganda, Ghana, Rwanda, Nigeria, Cameroon, Côte d'Ivoire & Benin, via MTN MoMo. In Malawi and Zambia, via Airtel Money. Everywhere else, Polar handles card, Apple Pay, and PayPal in USD. You'll see the exact method during checkout.
