Terms of Service

These terms govern your use of Stawi Jobs (“the Service”), operated by Stawi (“we”, “us”). By using the Service, you agree to them.
What we do
Stawi Jobs aggregates public job listings from employers and third-party job boards, applies quality checks, and presents them for your personal, non-commercial use. Every listing links to the employer’s own application page — we do not apply on your behalf.
We do not guarantee employment outcomes, response rates, salary ranges, or the accuracy of listings sourced from employers.
Your account
You’re responsible for keeping your account credentials secure. Notify us immediately at jobs@stawi.org if you suspect your account has been compromised.
You must be at least 16 years old to create an account, or the minimum age required by law in your jurisdiction — whichever is higher.
Acceptable use
You agree not to:
- Scrape, copy, or redistribute listings in bulk.
- Reverse-engineer or interfere with the Service.
- Submit false information, impersonate others, or abuse other users.
- Use the Service to harass employers or post harmful content.
We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these rules.
Subscriptions
- Free accounts remain free, with no hidden charges.
- Premium subscriptions are billed monthly in advance through our payment partner. The first-month promotional price ($2.95) renews at the standard monthly price ($14.95) unless cancelled.
- Cancel any time from your dashboard. You keep Premium access until the end of the current billing period; we do not pro-rate refunds.
Intellectual property
The Service, its branding, and its original content are owned by Stawi. Job listings remain the property of the posting employer. You may view and share them for personal job-search purposes.
Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Stawi is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising out of your use of the Service, including loss of opportunity, revenue, or data.
Termination
You can delete your account at any time. We can suspend or terminate the Service or your access for violations of these terms or to comply with law.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of Kenya, without regard to its conflict-of-laws provisions. Disputes will be resolved in the courts of Nairobi, Kenya.
Changes
We’ll post updates here and — for material changes — email active users before they take effect. Continued use after the update constitutes acceptance.
